We are a local civil engineering firm looking for an experienced Executive Assisting
The Executive Assistant will provide support directly to the owners of the company. The role demands organizational skills, sharp reading and writing, and the ability to anticipate the daily workload. You will directly in projects, meetings, and priorities, managing calendars and agendas, and directly communicating with existing clients, future clients, architects, engineers, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Location: This position is located in Austin, TX, Headquarters.
Compensation : The position is a full-time (40 hours a week) in-office role paid hourly on a semi-monthly payroll. Overtime is applicable when needed. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, short term disability, 401k with matching, and PTO.
Travel: Must be ok with running errands during business hours as needed. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
