Orfila Vineyards is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Wine Ambassador to join our team! As a Wine Ambassador, you'll be the face of our winery-welcoming guests and members, guiding them through our wine selections, and creating an exceptional tasting room experience. No prior wine knowledge is required-just a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn.

*We are looking for open availability and must be able to work on weeekends*

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests in the tasting room in a warm, hospitable manner
• Serve wine tastings and flights to guests behind the counter
• Educate visitors on our wines, winemaking process, and membership options (training provided)
• Answer questions and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences
• Assist with wine sales, club sign-ups, and checkout process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming tasting room environment
• Support the team with opening/closing duties and restocking as needed
• Work closely with the team to serve all guests during events, weddings etc.
