Job Description
The Deschutes Brewery Tasting Room team is currently recruiting for a part-time, seasonal Beertender/Tour Guide to join our team ! This position is responsible for first impressions of Deschutes Brewery for our guests, providing extraordinary experiences that celebrate the culture of craft beer and Deschutes Brewery.
Individuals hired may be assigned to a specific focus area, however will be trained to perform all duties as listed below.
Starting pay is typically $15.00-$16.00/hour depending on experience + tip pool (tips average $4-$7/hour on top of base pay depending on season)
This is a seasonal position, anticipated to end in September of 2025. Duration of seasonal positions may be shortened or extended based on business need.
Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced hospitality professional who is driven, excel in a dynamic environment, and is committed to the highest standards of quality and presentation with a guest first focus. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and commitment to quality are required. We're looking for a reliable, motivated and friendly co-owner to join our team. The right person will be outgoing, positive and team oriented. Candidates will need to have excellent communication skills and thrive in challenging environments. Night and weekend availability is required.
