Function as Salesforce developer responsible for the support of existing salesforce applications. Daily administration and support of Salesforce CRM system including managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts. Develop and create customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM. Provide advanced user support and administration for salesforce. Troubleshoot complex issue and provide solutions. Perform data quality audits and de-duplication. Support integration with other systems. Assist in system upgrades, new features implementations and release management. Create documentation and support materials. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
