Production Scheduler

In this role, youll create strategic schedules that balance customer demand, inventory goals, and plant capacityall while supporting on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with capacity and sales forecasts.
• Set inventory targets for finished goods, including safety stock levels.
• Optimize production runs and minimize changeovers to achieve 100% on-time delivery.
• Monitor raw material levels and manage orders to prevent downtime.
• Maintain accurate scheduling data and track performance metrics.
• Identify capacity constraints and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and report on KPIs to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree preferred with 4+ years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years in production planning, scheduling, and inventory managementpreferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.

Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
