*Schedule & Volume:*
We offer *flexible scheduling* and will work with you to develop a 40-hour workweek that fits your lifestyle. Some of our current groomers work *four 10-hour days* to enjoy long weekends, while others spread their hours across the week—it’s all about finding what works best for you.
We groom a *maximum of 6 dogs per day*, ensuring you have time to do quality work without burning out.
*Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Provide professional, compassionate grooming for a variety of dog breeds
* Communicate clearly and confidently with pet parents about coat care and grooming needs
* Check in/out dogs and schedule follow-up appointments when needed
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
* Support your teammates and step in when help is needed
* Process client payments and retail purchases as needed
* Follow shop safety and pet handling procedures
* Uphold our standards of care, professionalism, and client satisfaction
*What We’re Looking For:*
* 2+ years of professional grooming experience
* Excellent communication skills with clients and coworkers
* Ability to work independently without needing supervision
* Comfortable grooming a variety of breeds with care and confidence
* Passion for your craft and a desire to grow within the industry
* Strong team players only—we're a drama-free, respectful salon and plan to keep it that way.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.44 - $21.36 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
