Your Responsibilities: Help clients find the best insurance policies to meet their needs. Provide virtual consultations via phone or video conferencing. Utilize our CRM and automation tools to manage leads efficiently. Stay up to date on industry trends and carrier products. Build long-term client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For: A self-motivated and coachable individual.
Previous experience in customer service is encouraged to apply
Ability to obtain an insurance license (if not already licensed).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms.
