Job Description

We started Super.com to help maximize lives–both the lives of our customers and the lives of our team – so that everyone can experience all that life has to offer. For our employees, our promise is that Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized.

We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.

About the role:

The Corporate Finance team leads Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, and IR/Capital Markets subfunctions at Super.com. The Strategic Finance subfunction of the team focuses on evaluating the ROI, unit economics, and business cases of opportunities that can evolve into new products, drive revenue, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s growth. The team also plays a key role in communicating financial and data-driven insights to both internal and external stakeholders and potential corporate development or capital raise transactions for the company.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional business partners to evaluate the ROI and financial impact of new products and initiatives at Super.com, and also build unit economic frameworks and other customized financial models and analyses for Super.com, in addition to helping with other Corporate Finance projects (e.g. Corporate Development or IR analyses) as needed. Success in this role requires the ability to create excellent financial analysis for leadership and product and business team members, proactively drive insights, and drive large impact at the company.

What you’ll be working on:
  • Develop unit economics frameworks, models, and other customized analyses to drive strategic decision-making and impact at the company.
  • Assess the economic attractiveness and financial impact of new products, features, and business initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to understand, evaluate, model, and advise on the financial impact of different initiatives or investment choices.
  • Work with data teams to monitor and improve product performance.
  • Communicate company financials and KPIs to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with other Corporate Finance team projects as needed.
Who we’re looking for:
  • 1-3 years of prior strategic finance experience at a fast growing consumer tech company (e.g. in the consumer internet, consumer subscription, and/or financial technology spaces)
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a major in finance, economics, computer science, or another quantitative field preferred.
  • Expertise building sophisticated, executive-ready models, memos, and presentations with ease in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Snowflake, Amplitude, and Looker.
  • Strong curiosity, critical thinking skills, and desire to have a big impact. “One team” mindset and a positive can-do attitude.
Bonus points for:
  • Building something entrepreneurial or taking ownership of projects from the ground up
  • Experience at an adjacent company in travel or financial & earnings
  • Experience working at a high-growth financial & earnings company
  • Holding a strategic or corporate finance analyst role before (or currently do)
